Our properties are 1 mile west of Yarm on the BI264 Worsall Road. The cottages are set back about 100 metres from the road. The driveway leads to a gravelled car park.
Parking is close to the cottages, generally within 10-40 metres depending on where the vehicle is parked and which property is occupied. From the parking area there is almost level access to the cottages, though this may necessitate a slightly longer walk or the need to cross a lawn. Otherwise there are 2 sets of steps on the main pedestrian pathway between some of the cottages.Near Kellys there are 2 steps 130 and 50mm high. Between Outlook and Store there is a further step 100mm high.
