• Arrival / Departure;
  • Arrival time 3pm.
  • Departure time 10am.
     
• Payment;
  • To be made in full not less than six weeks in advance
  • Payment can be made by BAC’s cheque/debit / credit card/cash.
  • If you have to cancel we will try to relet the property If we are successful we will refund 75% of the total cost.
  • Deposits will not be returned in the event of a cancellation.
     
• General Conditions;
  • Only people named at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the cottages.
  • The stated sleeping capacity ofthe cottage must not be exceeded.
  • Your visitors whilst you are staying at the property will be very welcome however,we ask you not to have more than one car visiting at any one time.
  • The cottages cannot be used for any gathering, party or social event that involves more than 8 people.
  • On stays of more than a week the cleaning day can be altered to suit your requirements.
  • We ask you to leave the cottage tidy on these days and when you vacate the property.
  • We do not allow smoking or pets in the properties.
  • Bookings are not confirmed till we acknowledge either the deposit or payment in full has been received.
  • We expect all our guests to respect the property it’s contents and the rights of other guests to enjoy there stay.
     
• We reserve the right to terminate any let that contravenes any of the above conditions.
